As a parent/coach I have seen first hand over the last 2 years how my son and his team’s skills and confidence as players have benefitted tremendously from the Elevation X training model. The Elevation X system emphasize touches on the ball- each practice is carefully planned out and executed to work on a specific area (striking the ball, first touch, defending, etc). In addition, Elevation X has an important fitness component. Developing soccer players need to understand how to strengthen their bodies to not only improve their game, but to help minimize injuries. Mark and James have created a system that does all this in a fun, energetic environment. The indoor skills center in small enough to ensure lots of touches but big enough for team play.
